A variety of medical journals exist for each specialty. A full list of journals indexed by pub med can be found here: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/citmatch_help.html#JournalLists .

The list of journals can also be organized by specialty, and further into "leading" journals, and "other" journals here: http://www.JournalReview.org. Additionally, the relative prestige of journals can be measured by each journal's impact factor, and ranked by medical field.
