This is a list of notable people who have or had a form of gigantism. People not listed in Category:People with gigantism or Category:People over eight feet tall should be removed unless credible sources state they have or had gigantism.
Note: This is not a list of tall people. There are several instances of men well over 213 centimetres who did not have any form of gigantism. For example Angus MacAskill and Yao Ming did not or do not have gigantism and should not be listed here. This list is solely for people with medical conditions in the gigantism family.
Note: This will be organized chronologically by date of birth. Those whose birth year is unknown will be placed alphabetically, by last name, at the bottom until birth year is discovered.
